Terms of Service

1. Service

MM-Channel provides a browsing catalog for movies and series, account features, video playback, and optional paid unlocks. Quality labels on links may include 480p, 720p, 1080p, 4K when published by the admin. Features may change as we improve the service.

2. Accounts

• You may register with email and password or sign in with Google.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.

3. Content and viewing rights

Titles and media on MM-Channel are for personal, non-commercial viewing through this website. You may not copy, redistribute, scrape, re-upload, download for redistribution, or commercially exploit content without permission. Sharing catalog links from https://mmchannel.site is allowed; redistributing the underlying video files is not.

4. Free and paid titles

• Free titles can be watched while the service is available to you.
• Paid titles stay locked until a completed purchase is recorded on your account. Prices are shown in Myanmar Kyat (ကျပ် / Ks).
• To unlock: sign in → open the title → Buy / Unlock → send the Telegram message → follow payment instructions → wait for admin confirmation. Status appears on your Profile.
• Some series may include free preview episodes while other episodes remain locked.
• Refunds, if any, are handled case by case through Contact / @aungbhomepyae0.

5. Payments

Payments are coordinated manually on Telegram. Do not send money to accounts other than those our admin provides in that chat. MM-Channel is not responsible for transfers sent to the wrong destination.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not hack, overload, or disrupt the site.
• Do not bypass paywalls, share unlocked accounts, or abuse free previews.
• Do not use bots to scrape the catalog or playback URLs at scale.
• Do not attempt to hotlink or redistribute Bunny Stream / CDN media files.

7. Availability and playback

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, network conditions, VPN/ISP blocks, or third-party CDN outages may affect browsing or playback. Some networks require a VPN to reach the video CDN.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of MM-Channel.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we publish revisions.
